Arise Therapy Collective accepts clients for Occupational Therapy OT assessment and ongoing therapy in Victoria/ Vancouver Island with approved funding through:

ICBC
ICBC fund occupational therapy OT services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle–related injuries.
OT support may focus on functional recovery, cognitive retraining, return to work, daily activities, and community reintegration
(subject to ICBC approval).

PCVRS
We support Veterns with PTSD, chronic pain management, emotional regulation, fatigue management, executive functioning, cognitive rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, and community reintegration.
Our services are designed to help clients improve independence and quality of life at home, in the community, and in vocational settings through practical, evidence-informed strategies tailored to each individual’s rehabilitation goals.

Autism Funding Unit (AFU)
AFU provides funding for eligible children and youth with autism in British Columbia. Occupational therapy OT support sensory regulation, functional skills, & participation in meaningful daily activities.
our OTs are RASP listed and will complete a Justification for Equipment (JFE) to support funding requests.

Private & Extended Health Insurance
Occupational therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement through many private or extended health insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and policy.
Clients are encouraged to confirm their coverage directly with their insurer prior to booking to understand eligibility, reimbursement amounts, and any required documentation.
Receipts are provided after each session to support insurance claims.

BC Centre for Ability – Community Brain Injury Program
The Community Brain Injury Program supports individuals living with the effects of acquired brain injury. Occupational therapy may address daily functioning, cognitive strategies, regulation, participation, and environmental supports as part of an approved rehabilitation plan.
