Assessments We Offer
At Arise Therapy Collective, we use a range of evidence-based assessments to understand your strengths, needs, and real-life functioning. These include:
- Personal Care Assessment (PCA) (ICBC clients)
To evaluate personal care needs, functional abilities, and support requirements following injury, guiding care planning and funding decisions.
- Sensory Processing Assessment
To understand sensory needs and regulation patterns commonly seen in Autism and ADHD, and how these impact daily functioning.
- Executive Function Assessment
To assess attention, focus, planning, organization, and task completion in daily life, school, and work environments.
- Career Decision-Making Assessment
To explore career problem-solving, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and support more effective vocational decision-making.
- Workplace Style & Job Fit Assessment
To evaluate workplace personality traits, helping individuals identify suitable roles, work environments, and career pathways.
- Parent–Child Relationship Assessment
To identify stressors within the parenting system, including child characteristics, parent factors, and life stress impacting family dynamics.
- Childhood Trauma & School Functioning Assessment
To understand how stress and trauma impact academic, behavioral, emotional, and physiological functioning in school settings.
- Learning & Academic Functioning Assessment
To identify academic strengths, learning difficulties, adjustment challenges, and factors such as mental health or interpersonal concerns impacting students.
Following the assessment, a personalized treatment plan and clear recommendations are developed and included in your Occupational Therapy report. This also includes practical recommendations for workplace and school accommodations, ensuring you have actionable strategies that support your daily functioning, performance, and well-being.
